		<description>Hell&#039;s monkeys - Washington state has had topless mini-coffee-shops for... well... years.  They are not run by more than two or three girls, and are scarcely bigger than the old one-hour photo booths that used to populate parking lots across the States... and they generate more than a little attention for themselves, but you really need to dream larger ;).</description>
