I just have to point out the first line in the Sun-Sentinel article: “Just what we need — maybe a submachine gun while people are trying to get a look at bison or deer in Yellowstone.”
I thought it was the gun owners who watched too much Red Dawn… I mean, what are we going to do, LARP Red Dawn, with the tourists playing the Communists? Will guns in national parks lead to CCW holders running around Yellowstone like Able Team on steroids? Will there be blood in the streets streams?
Or has the anti-gun lobby simply begun to grasp at their last straws? First, it was “blood in the streets,” which never happened. Then it was “vigilante justice,” which never happened. Now it’s “SMGs in Yellowstone, run for your lives,” which… well, I’m gonna go out on a limb here and say it’s never gonna happen.
SMGs aren’t that concealable, after all.
