For those of you who who haven’t already Googled it, Operation Plowshares was a plan to use atomic weapons for civilian purposes– digging harbors, blowing passes into mountains, and widening the Panama Canal. Why mention it?
Because I think it’s about time to say Adios to California. Make it an island, and export all the hippies there.
