We live in the suburbs next to I-475 not really a wooded area, though close to a Scout reservation and a public park. Saw a doe just over the fence by the highway, close enough to spit at. Then a couple weeks later, I was putting the propane grill away and saw a beautiful buck standing in the middle of the yard across the street. Neighbors might have gotten bent out of shape if I got the 30.06 out and took it down.

Mikee, I'd hate to see what a BB gun did to this doe. She's an ill tempered rodent to begin with. I can see that headline now:

LOCAL MAN KILLED BY DOE
Officials say the man was attempting to hunt with an air rifle...

Wai, oh yes. However, she has the good sense not to charge a person when they're armed. Pity, she's beefed herself up. Mmm, grass fed venison.

What, you haven't got a RED RIDER 600 shot lever action BB rifle with the compass in the stock? If not, you certainly NEED one. Works perfectly on deer out of season that are in your back yard.
